oohoom Terms of Service

Updated: September 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules for using oohoom (“the Service”). By signing up, accessing, or using oohoom, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using oohoom, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. What oohoom Provides

oohoom is an AI-powered SEO assistant that brings together multiple data sources—such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics—to help with keyword discovery, performance analysis, content auditing, and SEO optimization. Features may evolve as we continue to improve the Service.

3. Accounts and Security

To access certain features, you’ll need an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information.
  • Keeping your login details secure.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Informing us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

oohoom is not liable for losses caused by failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

When using oohoom, you agree not to:

  • Break any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on intellectual property or other rights.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Misuse the Service in a way that harms oohoom or other users.
  • Share or resell your account without written consent from us.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan.
  • Acknowledge that fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Allow billing to be processed securely through Stripe (oohoom does not store payment details).

We may adjust pricing or plans, but we will give notice before changes take effect.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service—including its software, design, content, and branding—belong to oohoom or its licensors. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of oohoom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, oohoom will not be responsible for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Any issues arising from misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also close your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in advance (for example, by email or in-app notice). Continued use of oohoom means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (unless local law requires otherwise). Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
